How to cook Organic Kidney Beans:
Inspect beans and remove any foreign matter. Wash and drain 2 cups of beans. Soak beans for 6-8 hours. In a large pot, add 4-5 cups of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 -1 1/2 hours. Season to taste.
