How to cook Organic White Basmati Rice:
To boil: add 1 cup rice and a pinch of sea salt to 2 cups boiling water. Cover reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Let stand covered a few minutes. Fluff and fold.
