Since 1963, BWC has offered a full range of natural vegetarian cosmetics with "No Animal Ingredients" and "No Animal Testing." On September 27, 1976, BWC adopted a strong and meaningful criterion of no animal testing, known as the Fixed Cut-Off Date policy. This means they reject all new ingredients developed after this date, as it is estimated 80% of all animal testing is performed for the marketing of new ingredients.
