Traditionally, Rosemary Oil or Rosmarinus officianalis has served as a symbol of fidelity and remembrance for hundreds of years. Added to bath water or body oils, it is considered soothing for muscle aches. Rosemary Oil should best be diluted before use and it is advised to avoid in pregnancy, epilepsy and high blood pressure.
