How to cook Jade Pearl Rice:
To boil: add 1 cup rice and a pinch of sea salt to 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 18-20 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Let stand for several minutes. Fluff and serve.
