How toCook Golden Waxy Barley:
Combine1 cup barley, 1 1/2 cupswater, and a pinch of sea salt. Pressure cook for 45-50 minutes. Remove from heat. Allow pressure to decrease before removing lid. If boiling, use 2 cups water and simmer for 1 hour. Presoaking grains for up to 12 hours beforehand reduces cooking time and increases digestibility. (Add sea salt after soaking, and cook in soaking water.)
