How to Prepare:

To remove almond skin, blanch them for a few minutes until you notice the skin beginning to swell. Drain and rinse under cold water. By pinching the cooled almonds between your thumb and forefinger, the skin should slide right off the almond meat.

To roast, place almonds on a baking sheet in a 160 degree oven for 15 minutes.
