The cap and lid allows you to can in bulk with one-, two- or three-liter jars. For preserves that don't need to be heat treated, the bright orange screw-top lid screws on and off easily and clearly identify which of your canned goods have been heat treated in the pantry or refrigerator. Made from flexible yet sturdy plastic, these durable lids won't rust or corrode, and they can be washed and reused.
