September Artisan of the Month 2015: Kaj Gyr

BuyItHealthy.com is proud to feature our Artisan of the Month for September, Kaj Gyr. For the past 21 years, Kaj has worked alongside his family, owning and operating their business "Floworks Design" which specializes in unique housewares and sports products.  

We are happy to feature his top selling product, the eco plastic bag dryer, which is handmade in Nelson, British Columbia, as part of our BuyItHealthy Collection. The dryers have a natural oil finish, are made with reclaimed wood from furniture makers, and are put together using corrosion-proof hardware to ensure durability and longevity. They fold for easy storage and shipping, and may be used either freestanding (on base) or hanging (without base). They are innovative and the patented design allows the plastic bag dryer to dry up to eight plastic bags at a time. The center column is perfect for drying reusable water bottles as well.
